We cannot fill anyone else up unless we lovingly care for ourselves. Or at least you can’t sustain-ably care for anyone else…I should say. My training and practice in Kripalu, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga’s and my ongoing intensive meditation practice have given me many tools to share with you. Years of these practices have honed my intuition all of which I bring to creating a custom practice for our sessions together.
My goal with clients: is to help them feel less stressed and have a steadier flow of energy and vitality. And to really feel grounded and centered in their bodies. My hope is that with each person our interaction helps them to be better parents, friends & partners to their loved ones. And with that effect- thereby create a ripple of greater clarity & peace.
