Dr. Gerst has really helped us become a healthier family. He helped us identify our goals and kept us focused on succeeding. Dr.Gerst gave lots of positive feedback and encouragement, was direct and active, and often gave us homework. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed his credentials as a licensed psychologist hanging on the wall. It immediately made me feel more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. He stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. He never turned me away when we needed him. We will definitely be returning if we need a tune-up. One thing I really appreciate, is how flexible his appointment times are. I'm always able to get an appointment at a time that works for me. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
