About

Alicia Hunt, Owner & Manager

Thank you for taking your time to see who's hands you will be in - Alicia Hunt's - when you come to The Sore Spot for your massages. Though Alicia has studied a variety of techniques during her 16 years of practice with over 1500 hours of studies, Miss Hunt cares to do for you what works on that particular day. ...This is the 'art of intuition' in every-BODY and in every session that she aims for. This 'art of intuition' has been fine-tuned therapeutically as her own mind/body balance and well-being has achieved a much higher level of health and wellness. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how one sees it at the time, being in/going through pain, and providing healing to her own "sore spots" -thus Alicia Hunt's business name The Sore Spot- has made her a better therapist. Alicia's story is that she has come from a scoliosis curve of 24 degrees off a normal spinal alignment, x-rayed in 1996, to now less than 5 degrees. Through dedication and natural alternative methods, including therapeutic massages, she has become a healthier person and a more understanding intuitive therapeutic massage therapist. Another powerful, natural and alternative method/remedy for Alicia has been the products of Limu. If you find you are interested to learn further information about these products... you can visit the website. She would be glad to answer any of your questions and get you scheduled when you are ready. If you are reading this you are probably in some state of mind/body dis-EASE...Miss Hunt is here to say to you, "you deserve to not only be great yet FEEL GREAT too!"

My husband and I have been clients of Alicia for over 2 years. Chuck is disabled so she comes to our home every other wednesday for our messages. Her knowledge is tremendous and she uses so many different techniques to help us with the various problems we have with our bodies. We look forward to her coming, not only for the wonderful therapy we receive but she is a lovely person to visit with and she also loves on or two cats with pets. With the disabilities that my husband experiences Alicia is very patient and kind to make sure he is well taken care of. We both thank her for all that she gives to us and do recommend her to all our friends and family. Thank you Alicia.
