AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs! Disorganized! My massage therapist admitted she never looked at the orthopedist's records/MRI results of my injury, which was a torn rotator cuff, so she didn’t work all the necessary areas of my shoulder. Marcia, the owner, would not disclose what she was charging, AIG (workman comp) and only administer 20 minutes of medical massage. Other physical therapist I've spoken to said my treatment should have been much longer & that something sounded suspicious. Marcia called to cancel my appointment five minutes before I was to go into my session - I had already arrived at the office. AND, when there was some confusion about worker's comp she waited a week to inform me. The office is dirty & my therapist was always late. Also, Marcia doesn't allow therapists time between patients so you’re rushed out of the room with your shirt barely on & shoes still off. The office staff told me that Marcia packs patient appointments so tightly together because she's only concerned with making money and not service. Midtown Therapy & Health Care is the most unprofessional office.
