I was feeling like it was time to take my health into my own hands....so I reached out to Barbara. I've been doing her Shrink Your Body the holistic way program & not only am I losing weight, but I've learned so much about what I Can Do Myself to be healthier, prevent diseases & live a long active life. Her knowledge about food based nutrition is really impressive. 5 stars aren't enough--Barbara is amazing! (and a sweet, compassionate person too).
