Sensitive and talented Doc. She got me out of pain and made a beautiful crown, which looks just like my original tooth ;-} Would highly recommend. Staff very nice and their office is very modern.

The thing about Dr. Balica is that she's really great in the beginning, friendly with a gentle touch and seems to want what is in your best interest but over time you start feeling that she and her staff are pushy about expensive work. Also, she replaced a crown for me without telling me that the root canal has failed which meant i was in excruciating pain when the infection got so severe that it ate away the bone around my tooth and now i have to lose the whole tooth and get an inplant. I suspect she did this because she didn't want to lose the crown job which was $800 out of pocket. This was just six months ago and now this crown is useless.

Anyway, other information you may find useful is that her office is kinda shabby and the staff are clueless at best, providing conflicting information, and if you wish to have a copy of your records the charge is $75. I will never go to her again nor will i recommend her to anyone. My sister has also dropped her because she felt 'pushed' to get a crown.
