The Feldenkrais Method is based on a scientific understanding of the human brain's capacity to adapt and reorganize itself in response to new experiences. Feldenkrais is long recognized for its immediate and long-lasting improvements in posture, flexibility, breathing and ease of movement.
As a Certified Health Coach grounded in the Functional Medicine Model, I act as your support system to achieve the goals & changes that you and your physician are looking to make. By focusing on lifestyle changes, we can go a long ways towards preventing or reversing many of the chronic conditions so pervasive in our world today.
Whether we are working along with your Functional Medicine Practitioner or with your independent health goals, our health coaching strategies will be the same. We'll combine evidence-based approaches to clean eating, mind-body wellness, and positive psychology to help you achieve and maintain your health goals. I'll partner with you to help you to identify your key areas of change, create a practical and realistic plan, and support you in making that plan a reality.
