Dr. Stern is prepared and remembered my skin conditions ven after the very first visit. However, the staff got a bit hostile when we ran into issues with copay, which later Dr. Stern told me he does not belong to any top tier since he is in dermatology, I later verified with the insurance and it was cleared, there were some clerical error with the insurance as well, but the staff could have been a bit more diligent to understand which network they are on whether they are top tier or not, it would have helped since my card clearly states which copay to charge, top tier or not.

All and all, the receptionist was very kind and nice, but the billing staff is somewhat different could have been nicer even if the insurance had some mistakes with my claims.
