Staff does not return phone calls. Benefits not verified and now I am responsible for things that could have waited. Had an appt for crown and sat in the waiting room for over an hour before they finally told me that my crown never came in. I had to keep calling the office to make my next appt because they never called to tell me when the crown would be there. Dentist is nice enough, I guess but the staff is terrible.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but my appt has only been postponed once in the years that he has been my dentist. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Dr. Nielsen and his assistant are great!
