Craniosacral Therapy - This type of bodywork is very gentle and can be performed on client fully clothed. Can alleviate migraines, tension headaches, sinus problems, vertigo, TMJ disorder.

Prenatal Massage - Certified practioners are trained to perform massage any time during the pregnancy, from first trimester all the way through the end. Great for aches and pains associated with pregnancy such as hip and lower back pain.
