I have found Holly to be an expert in her field, being able to help me better understand psychology, health, how the brain impacts mental health, and how to decrease judgement about mental health issues that come up in all areas of one's life. I am so grateful that Holly has shared her knowledge with me, as it's added to my knowledge and my ability to increase my well being through our work together. Thank you Holly for listening and understanding me, it's made a world of difference to me.
