In practice since 1979, I work with folks of all ages and w/most problems. My approach is collaborative and informed by your needs, challenges and strengths. I enjoy long-term depth psychotherapy as well as short-term problem solving therapy. I work with parents, couples, families and, of course, individuals.

I have extensive training, including interpersonal/object relations, systems theory, cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT, mindfulness/spiritual, hypnotherapy, psychoneurological/biochemical, AD/HD, attachment & narrative therapies.

I have found Holly to be an expert in her field, being able to help me better understand psychology, health, how the brain impacts mental health, and how to decrease judgement about mental health issues that come up in all areas of one's life. I am so grateful that Holly has shared her knowledge with me, as it's added to my knowledge and my ability to increase my well being through our work together.
