I feel like my appointment was pointless. I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. AND I will tell everyone I know that and my daughters experience. I was very disappointed. I would never recommend them to anyone. I now no why they didnt have any clients when I walked in. My daughters hair cut was terrible. My daughter had school pictures two days after her hair cut and came home crying because she was upset over the way her bangs looked. They are a half inch above her eyebrows, and she started high school. My daughter requested bangs, didnt have them when she walked in, and walked out with bangs WAY TOO short . That lady that cut her hair was rude after I told her she did not do what was asked of her. she said, "what do you want me to do about it, I made a mistake" ..... REALLY?
