From the moment I walked in I felt like I was out of place. As soon as my stylist put the dye on my hair she left to go do other appointments! While she was gone I noticed there was dye all over my arm, legs, and back. Then when she came back to cut my hair, I told her I don't want any length off. Before I knew it she had cut off 4-5 inches! The whole time she was complaining about the 'box color' I had used a month before. When I got home after viewing over my now short hair I realized that she didn't even put any dye on the end of my hair. It wasn't just that it didn't show up, it was the EXACT same color it was when I walked in. All the while the top of my hair was perfectly red. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

They had great prices. I barely had to pay anything. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
