They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I didn’t have any difficulty finding the place. I found it within a few minutes. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

DON'T GET YOUR EXTENSION DONE THERE!!!! They just put the extensions any darn place and said I had breakage (which I did), but she never even touched the side with breakage. The other side and top back were fine and you could see nothing BUT the plastic extension pieces ALL OVER!! I luckily had a plier set to remove them for I'M NEVER GOING BACK! They did at least give me my money back! It was the worst experience, she appeared to be an amateur and a professional would have never put extensions where they wouldn't be covered by hair! GOOD LUCK should you choose to not listen to my advise!
