They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The staff was one of the most respectful, helpful staffs I've ever seen anywhere. It was obvious they really enjoyed working there. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I was very impressed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional and open to any idea I might have, but great at coming up with other solutions. Love this place!
