I have had awful experiences at Trendz. Went there to get finger waves put in my hair for prom and the lady ended up making it look like a rats nest. I don't think she really knew how to do that style but instead of telling me that she tried to do it anyways. So, on the day of prom my hair was ruined and of course everywhere was booked and I couldn't get it professional fixed in time. Then a few years later I came back to get a keratin treatment put in, which costs $300 dollars, and I made sure I didn't get that same lady so I ended up with a guy. Well I had got this done once before and it turned out great and worth the money but it was at class cutters and at this time class cutters was out of business. So as a last resort I came back to Trendz. Well the guy took half the time then what was expected, so I think he was rushing it just to get to the next person. So, the treatment did not hold even tho I followed all the directions and bought special shampoo and conditioner. So, I wasted 300 dollars. I would not go back here. The only person that would probably do a half decent job would be Amy the other two are worthless when it comes to hair.
