Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. My stylist didn't spray me with that much water, but I wasn't completely dry either. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. My stylist didn't dry and style my hair. When I left my hair was still dripping wet. Additionally, she didn't cut my hair the way I like it. I would never go back.
