I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I had a very hard time trying to get an appointment with them. It was really annoying. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I was completely disappointed. I had to go home and restyle my hair. NEVER get your brows waxed there. You will leave with your face as bright red as a lobster and throbbing hours later!
