I made an appt for an hour and a half massage and an hour and 15 minute facial. I was told that the prices for both services had gone up from $85 to $95, not a problem. I was NOT told that the services had also been cut, the massage to one hour and the facial to 45 min (and she was sick, coughing and spitting phlegm into a kleenex, YUCK). The owner was quite unpleasant when I complained at the end of my "me time". I was told that "services are subject to change". I have been to many Aveda salons and have always been pleased with the staff, prices, products and services, not this one! The treatment rooms were brightly lit and cold! Most of the staff had a superior attitude-a very disappointing experience, I won't be going back.
