I received a gift certificate (GC) for a gel manicure for Christmas from my daughter. Expiration date is 6/29/19. It was purchased from the Radio Shopping Show (RSS). When I called to schedule an appointment the owner RUDLEY said when did you buy the GC? Before I finished my sentence, she exclaimed “I told ‘them’ (assuming RSS) we are no longer participating and not to sell anymore. “I said the expiration date on my GC is June 29, 2019 …and she HUNG UP ON ME! Perhaps she sold too many GC on the RSS and cannot keep up? If my certificate was expired, I would understand. Also, there is a mandatory 20% gratuity on the GC. Whatever the case, she was extremely rude, hung up on me, and I have a GC that she will not except. That is someone’s true colors!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I could tell they knew what they were doing because they used good brands of shampoo and conditioner on my hair.
