Skyline Coiffures is a unique and wonderful Salon. Hanna has been cutting my hair for nearly 10 years and always does a great job. Hanna is friendly and genuine. She takes a great deal of time and care. I've spent more than a hundred hours at this salon, over the many years, and observed many other clients being served. Never have I witnessed anything less than favorable. I've been very happy with her. Then about a year ago a beautiful young angel named Brooke came to work for Hanna. Brooke specializes in manicure/pedicure. I, reluctantly, was encouraged to get a pedicure and Once I did I was amazed. Brooke spends nearly an hour pampering my feet. I have had serious foot/nail issues for many years up till now. My podiatrist has even commented how much healthier my feet are since my monthly treatments with Brooke. And Brooke is just the sweetest and most hard working young woman. Hanna and Brooke work so very hard to run this salon.I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

BEWARE, dear buyer!!!
'Thought I'd try the salon because it's located in my neighborhood. I made an appointment with Hanna for full highlights and while I was sitting under the dryer for the color to take, Hanna did a couple of walk-in haircuts. After the first one, I knew that I needed to come out from under a hot dryer or my hair was going to be over processed and I mentioned it.

Instead, Hanna took the second walk-in chatting away, taking her time. Well, my hair which I had worked on to keep shiny for years, was then the texture of straw from over-processing and instead of taking responsibility or trying to correct what she had done, Hanna said "Your hair's really dry" as if I had walked in that way, and she then proceeded to try to sell me an expensive oil!!!!!! It took me at least half a year to eight months to grow back /cut out the damage.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.
