Had my hair braided in February and my color was golden bronze and short. Why they braded my hair with black hair, so when they started to get old you could see my hair coming loose. And 20.00 extra for short hair. After burning by my hair too much in spots.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
