They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The facility is dirty! And the staff is LAZY! They don't even clean the beds for you! They run out of stickers which lead to severely burnt hearts on your hip. And often times they don't have goggles clean, dry and ready to go. They also charge $4 to use a debit card. The owner is a CREEP!!!! There are ceiling tiles missing in the rooms which ate really suspicious.and I'm convinced that they try to burn you. I told the woman that I hadn't tanned in a month and I only got up to 17 minutes last time. She told me to start again at 17minutes! I'm blonde with blue eyes! I went to 12 and turn pink! I'd hate to see what would happen if I started at 17!

I went in today to inquire about tanning. There was an overweight blonde girl behind the desk who wasn't very helpful. Let me explain--I have just moved to the area and asked if they had the high UVA beds that don't burn you and she told me they didn't exist. I told her they did, I've used them before and she rolled her eyes and told me "whatever, whoever told you that was just scamming you."

Also their "$1" tan must be bought in packages of 30 that expires in 6 weeks. That's 5 tanning sessions a week if you don't want to lose them, and for someone more fair skinned such as myself it's impossible to go more than 3 times per week. I was ready to purchase them anyways until the attendant acted the way she did at which point I walked out.

I'd never recommend a place with workers like this to anyone. Plenty of other places in town that would be HAPPY for your business at this time of year.
