I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I have gone there twice, and was treated like crap both times I've been there. Would never buy anything from a store that a nasty woman like that works at (she was there both times - very rude both times). NEVER GOING BACK.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I also bought two products which I asked the girl behind the counter for help in choosing. She was not knowlegeable about the products at all and I was left to try the products with no info. One of the products was KMS California hair play makeover spray. It turned my hair white and I am a brunette. When I called to speak to the Manager Tammy she was rude and said she could not let me exchange the products. I also asked her why there were two different names on my receipts? One receipt said KK Beauty and the other said Center Island Beauty. I think the IRS would love to know they are keeping two businesses and ringing up two receipts for one purchase. Sounds like a shady operation to me. I would never shop there again.
