I happen to be at the salon the day you were getting your braids. You were very pleased the whole time and it took a very long time to do your hair. Not once did I see any super glue used. You need not to post bogus information about services that you received. If you can't afford the service then try something different next time.

I use to be a client of Hair Trends and the unprofessionalism and moods swings of the owner Kai has caused me to take my business elsewhere. She was really nice and professional when I became a client of Hair Trends and then suddenly her personality changed. She became very distant and unfriendly and appeared that she no longer had the care of my hair in her best interest. She also cannot keep beauticians in her shop. They either leave or she fires them. They last anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. Kai has some very serious mood swings that she needs to get in check if she wants her business to succeed. You have to treat both your new clients as well as your long time loyal clients with respect and professionalism. No one wants to be treated as if you no longer want them as a client for no reason. I was always friendly to Kai and her staff and out of no where she started being rude to me for no apparent reason. So she has lost me as a client!

Yes, she/he even massaged my scalp. It felt great!

No, but I can always find a seat
