I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. My stylist made sure to not spray water in my face. I felt very relaxed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
