They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse then when I came in and they took out my edges thank goodness Shi-Shi' s Hair Salon was able to help repair my hair..... DON'T GO THERE!

I got my hair braided a month ago all of a sudden the braids in the front started falling off my head I deciced to take the braids off 1/3 of my hair fell off leaving bald spots on my head. I am in tears because before I went there my hair was health and long now I have to wear wigs The customer service was also awful they do not pay attention to what you want because they are busy talking to each other the whole time. I spent 150 dollars and they damage my hair I am so upset for anyone thats even thinking of going there think twice and please dont waste your money. To a women hair is very important, and for other females to damage it is pretty bad If you dont know how to braid please stop the madness, and find a new job.
