I went to this salon about two weeks ago, for a hair cut. I walked out of there with my hair butchered so bad that it could not be fixed. This according to the next stylist that attempted to "fix" my hair. When I first walked into the salon, the top and sides of my hair were long enough to put in a ponytail. I asked for a TRIM of no more than an inch. When I walked out, I had bangs that I can't even wrap around my finger. The sides, which were supposed to blend in with the back, barely reach the bottoms of my ears. In some places there is a 4" difference in the length of my hair. Definately NOT layered or blended. The woman who cut my hair seemed much more interested in who colored my hair, and where my mom and son lives. I asked her several times if she was sure she knew what she was doing and if she knew how to cut long hair. She assured me that she did. I finally asked if one of the other stylists could show her what to do. One of the women came out and wanted to know what was wrong with it. I honestly looked like I had a bad wig sitting on my head like a cap, with the longer part of my hair sticking out. I asked for a manager, only to be told that one of the women I was talking to was the manager. They kept telling me that it was layered and there wasn't anythingn wrong with it. They just needed to finish cutting it. Like I already said, my hair was so short I couldn't even wrap it around my finger, let alone put it in a pony tail. No way was I letting them cut on it anymore. I finally left the salon, AFTER asking for the owner to call me. I left two phone numbers with the manager. I have not heard a word from any one.
