WE HAVE JUST CAME BACK FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST SERVICE ANYONE CAN ATTEND! THEY GOT THE WATER FROM THE PEDICURE THING ON MY PURSE AND RUBBED MY BAG AWAY AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED!!! NEXT, MY FRIEND ALSO CAME IN AND REQUESTED FOR FRENCH ACRYLIC NAILS AND A FRENCH TIP PEDICURE. AS THE WOMAN WAS DOING HER TOENAILS AND MADE HER SKIN AROUND HER TOENAILS BLEED AND THEY DIDN'T PUSH BACK HER CUTICLES AT ALL!! NOW, THE LADY DOING HER FINGERNAILS IS TEN TIMES WORSE. SHE DIDN'T PUSH BACK HER CUTICLES, SHE MISSED ALL OF THE CREVICES AROUND HER ENTIRE NAIL, MEANING, IT LOOKS LIKE HER NAILS HAVE GROWN OUT, NOT FRESH. INSTEAD OF PUTTING ON THE USUAL ADDITIONS FOR THE NAILS, SHE PUT ON WHITE EXTENSIONS BUT HALF WAY UP HER NAIL, WHICH LOOK DISGUSTING!!! THE LENGTHS OF THE ACRYLICS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT/ JAGGED/ DISPROPORTIONAL TO HER HANDS. MY FRIEND POLITELY ASKED HER TO FIX THESE PROBLEMS BUT THE LADY MADE UP AN EXCUSE SAYING IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE AND THAT THE ACRYLIC DID NOT FIT HER FINGER BECAUSE HER NAILS ARE TO FAT!!! WHICH IS A LIE!! THE FRENCH TIP PART ON HER FINGER NAILS ARE SO LONG AND MY FRIEND NOTED THIS, BUT WHEN SHE NOTED THIS OUT TO THE LADY, SHE RESPONDED BY SAYING THAT THEY WERE THE LENGTH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AND IF SHE WERE TO CUT ANYMORE IT WOULD LOOK HIDEOUS (THEY LOOKED HIDEOUS AT THE MOMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE WAY TOO LONG!)I RECOMMEND NEVER TO ATTEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE, UNSANITARY EQUIPMENT, AND UGLY NAILS!
