I do not recommend getting the thermal straightening here. She uses the CHI straightening system and it damaged my hair. I wound up having to cut off 4 inches and my hairdresser said there was breakage of the hair near the scalp. She refused to refund my money, not even partially, but instead offered me $50 in hair products. What a joke!!! Do not waste your time or your money. I wasted $220 on this procedure plus $50 on products to help repair my damaged hair and $30 on a haircut...and I STILL have to use the flat iron daily. What a waste of money! If you are interested in straightening your hair permanently, please do some research first.
