They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I know they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They ignored my concerns and did NOT provide customer satisfaction even after they made the mistake on my hair! The manager takes no accountability for the service they provide and lies to save her job and corporate tolerates this unprofessional behavior! Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. If the manager doesn't like you-Beware! You won't get what you pay for or deserve!

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
Did your hair stylist make sure he/she didn't spray water in your face?
Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
