The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. One thing that made me love them even more, was how easy they were to find. I always worry that I’m going to get lost when I try to find new places, but I didn’t. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
