I've been going to Carlo for about 3 years now and unlike these other reviews I can honestly say that I've never experienced any problems....ever. In fact, I've received the opposite of a problem because every time I am running late from work, I give Carlo a call and he'll accommodate me.

Aside from great customer service, Carlo is an exceptional stylist that knows how to cut hair just how you want it. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to so I highly recommend going to Carlo's Salon.

Also, Rebecca gives a great shampoo!

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The guy in the salon lied to my husband saying that my credit card was declined because they wanted cash. I called my bank and they said it wasnt even swiped. I had a coupon for my daughters hair and it expires in 2 weeks. The sylist lied saying it was expired until i showed her the expiration date and she asked the owner who you can didnt want to take it. Very rude not going back ever and my daughetrs hair cut sucks, i could have done it myself
