Depending on which stylist you get this place is pretty good. I would not get my hair colored there again, though. The first time, she left the color in for 2 HOURS, effectively frying my hair, which was down to my waist at the time. It was so unhealthy after that that I had to cut it up to my ears just to get it all healthy again. The other time I had someone put highlights in (different lady) and she didn't do what I asked her to do at ALL! I asked for peek-a-boo highlights and got completely HIDDEN highlights. I ended up getting a home kit and highlighting it myself later and it came out way better. Don't color your hair there. Seriously.
I have always been happy with the cuts that I get there, though. They do exactly what I ask.
One specific girl there (the same one that fried my hair) will spend her time with you complaining about her ex and her life and it is really a bummer. I go to get my hair done to have fun and be happy and I don't want to listen to someone complain the whole time. I think it is really unprofessional.
My husband went one time and the lady was talking to him about strip clubs and saying some pretty lewd things. Needless to say, I was LIVID. You shouldn't talk like that with your customers.
However... I do keep going back because I love the hair cuts. So... I guess I would recommend it with a disclaimer...

I went to this salon hoping for a sexy new look. My hair was 1 inch from touching the top of my jean and I hadnt cut it in years. I went in asking for an A-line cut, with the bob back. When I first arrived I was told it would be a 15 minute wait, no big deal. I shopped the nearby stores waiting my 15 min. I go back over to the salon not even 5 minutes later and the lady was sitting someone else down in the chair who was below me on the waiting list and tells me im going to have to wait longer. Well after | wait another 25 minutes she finally sits me in the chair, asks me what I wanted done. I told her I wanted the A-line and the first words out of her mouth were " your really going to make me do this?" I should have known right then to walk out. Silly me put my trust in this girl who couldnt have been more than 25. The whole ten minute haircut she complained about how crappy her life was and how she hated her x. For her to have cut 2 1/2 feet of my hair off you think it would have taken more than 10 minutes, especially for an A-line. My hair is WAY uneven in the front, and completely butchered in the back. The back is not a bob, she literally took her scissors and cut my hair to the scalp in the back, you can see every cut line. Its absolutely horrible!!!!!!! Ive been to 3 different stylist since my visit with mastercuts only to ask them what they thought of my cut and their reactions mostly were "oh my, what did they do??" so basically im stuck with a very screwed up haircut until the 1/8 inch pieces in the back grow out enough to try and make it look like a correct A-line. Very pissed off customer, not only is my hair butchered it cost me $40!!!!!! When the asked me if I liked it i told her no, that its horrible, she tells me to give it a few days to sink in and if i dont like it then she would try and do something else. I wouldnt dare let her get anywhere near my hair ever again!!! DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL BE SO SORRY. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
