Liz's Palace For Beauty is in theory an old school 50's style salon. However, it shares a building (and a relative of the owner) with an apartment that houses a Meth Dealer. For some reason Liz not only doesn't mind the unsafe criminal behavior on her property, but also encourages it.

This place is just plain dangerous to be around. They load and unload stolen equipment and many break-ins in the neighborhood have been traced back to this property. It's quite frankly unsafe and should be avoided at all costs (unless you want to put your Grandma at risk of being mugged when she leaves.)
