They are the most reliable salon I've ever been to. They always follow through and have never canceled any of my appointments. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I barely had to wait at all for my beauty treatment. I probably spent less than a couple of seconds in their waiting area. One thing that made me love them even more, was how easy they were to find. I always worry that I’m going to get lost when I try to find new places, but I didn’t. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

The first time I visited the salon I was having a bad day and thought that freshening up my look would help. I walked in without an appointment and asked if Jim could fit me in at some point that day. Within 20 minutes I was sitting in his chair.

My hair is naturally curly and a little on the wild side and many stylists do not know what to do with it. The often try to give me straight smooth styles which do not last more than a day. i have had to cut my own hair out of frustration after a few days.

My experience at Hair Pins was totally different. Jim worked with my natural curls and gave me a cut which is fun, stylish and easy for me to manage. I have had many compliments since my visit. He will be my stylist of choice from now on!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
