The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
