My appt was at 10 with the owner. She never showed up because she busy picking up a cake. I should have walked out because that was unprofessional but someone else cut my hair. I did not get what I asked for. After she cut All of my hair she advised my the what was wanted was longer but she decided to go shorter. I have. Ever been to a hairstylist that decides on her own to cut my hair how she sees fit. Its horrible and it's too short to repair. My other option would To go bald and that is not going to happen. I didn't complain at the time cause I felt it was my fault for going somewhere new but for the past two weeks, when I attemp to do my hair, I just want to cry. They were friendly and it's an easy location to find but I will never go there again.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
