They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Mary Jo is a great hairstylist and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, sent me home with a care package tailored to me needs & showed me how easy it is to style my hair at home. LOVE IT!
