The equipment they used was safe and well taken care of. They were one of the best and It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their facility was old and needed updating, but this is typical for the type of building occupied. Regardless, I’d choose them over any other salon anywhere. Rodney, my stylist was everything they said he would be, and more. I was visiting from Las Vegas and my niece recommended him to me. I have no problem recommending this salon to friends and family or anyone else visiting Omaha.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff was one of the most respectful, helpful staffs I've ever seen anywhere. It was obvious they really enjoyed working there. The staff here was the most polite, courteous staff I've ever seen at any salon. They were so professional, and made all their clients feel respected and important.
