I went in to the salon on Memoral Day after having someone else really do a number on me from some where else. The stylist sat me down went through my hair talked with me made me feel really comfortably. I had decided to give the other company a chance to make things right. Well I don't have to tell you how that went. I went back to Belk's and seen Amanda again and again she sat me down took her time with me and gave me the best hair cut I have had in a very long time. It was a pleasure spending the evening with her, like I said she took her time told me everything she was doing even said she was sorry for someone else's mistake from a different salon. That to me is what being a stylist is all about making the client feel like they come first and are the most important person at that time while they are sitting in your chair and this stylist did just that. So anyone who reads this go see Amanda at Belk's she is a wonderful stylist. Can't wait to see you in 6 weeks for my next due!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was so nice to arrive and not have to wait. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed yet overbooked, and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
