My daughter gave me a $25 gift card for Christmas. I finally decided to use it for a $20 haircut at the Poughkeepsie location. When I went to check out I was told there was a 0 balance on the card. They said there was no way of looking into it and that they have no explanation. I did notice woman behind the desk was uncomfortable making little eye contact with me. I approached the owner and explained this was a Christmas gift and there must be a mistake. He explained that there is no way of proving I didn't use this card at another C & C salon. Really?
I call BS . The card was never activated at the time of purchase and my gut told me this was not the first time. Shame on you for not honoring your card. I know times are hard but selling an unactivated card to my teenager is not the way to make up for it.
