Horrible they ruined my fiance's hair three days before Christmas she is humiliated and devastated won't even look in the mirror the color is completely wrong and blotchy and its fried like no other shot ruined and right before the Holliday's ruined our pictures and everything this is complete bs and don't even have the decency to call back worst experience of our entire lives horrible service was rushing and didn't care then charged 175$ for it to be shot the lady even new she messed up wouldn't show her the back and said if u have any problems call me well we have been calling all day no call back and just get told she is busy also its not that taffy lady its her partner Courtney that did this to my woman

I went to get store-bought hair dye removed, and after sitting there for 2.5 hours through 2 processings and a dye job (I was promised at each step that it would be the last step), I came home looking the exact same as I went in, only down $75. I came back the following week to ask for a partial refund (I'm reasonable- they spent time and money on me, so I don't deserve a full refund, but why should I pay that much money for absolutely nothing?) and was told that the manager was not in but I should come back in a few days. I returned again and wasn't even allowed to talk to the manager. A receptionist listened to me, told the manager, came back and told me there would be no refund- I could have my hair colored again, with no guarantee that it would do any more good this time around, but that was it. All I really wanted was a token of good faith- throw me $20, even just $10, and I might have come back. Instead what I learned is that they have absolutely no customer appreciation and they lost my return business.
