They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. My stylist didn't spend a whole lot of time washing my hair. It seemed pretty quick compared to other places I have been. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
