They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
After reading the Reviews from others on this Salon, I thought I'd go by and ask them about putting a permanent in my hair. Now, I have a picture of what I would like when I went in. I asked the lady what a perm costs and she gave me their price. I told her that I have a picture, and can she make my hair look like or close to the picture. The man working with her laughed in my face and went to the back room, the lady told me no way could she ever make my hair look like the picture and she wouldn't perm my hair anyway because I dye it. I left. I will never go back mostly because of the rude Azzhole man that laughed at me, also I will never go back because after I went to another salon I was told I could in fact perm my hair with a perm made for dyed hair, and they can and will make my hair just like or very close to the picture I have. Down right bad costumer relations to laugh in someones face when people are asking Questions and could have been a new client! So, my advise would be to stay away from this salon and find people who wont laugh at or behind your back.
