They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Did the stylist spend extra time washing your hair?
Yes, she/he even massaged my scalp. It felt great!
