They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've never had a problem getting an appointment on the exact day and at the exact time I want here. I never have to cancel any of my plans for my appointment, it's great. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
