Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. I called trying to find out how much my beauty treatment was going to cost, and they wouldn't even consider giving me a price over the phone. I didn't want to drive all the way over to find out what it was going to cost. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
