Overall I enjoyed the salon experience until I sat down with my hair stylist, whose name was I think Gabby. She spent the majority of the time talking about her personal life and sharing things with me I didn't feel appropriate or necessary. My hair came out awful and it was just a simple wash and cut. The layering was done poorly - it looked like she just shut her eyes and chopped. She was rude and condescending and I would NEVER return if she still were part of the staff. Aside from this, the salon was a great location, some of the other staff were a little rude but not to the extent that I wouldn't return. I liked the environment otherwise but would probably recommend against this salon if staff like her worked there. Very disappointed.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
