I was told that the color that I would get this time would be exactly what I requested; but, again they gave me the same color as before knowing I did not want it with the same response that we will change it next time. What kept me coming back was thinking they were dealing in good faith and it would be corrected. The trim or cut left one side of my hair one and a half inches shorter on the right then on the left side. The bangs were cut about an inch shorter at the temples. My whole head itched like crazy so that I had to wash it the next day. That is when it was found all the mess ups done on the cut. I did not go back instead I paid another $110.00 elsewhere to get their work corrected. They are overpriced and their work is shabby to say the least. I think they may be limited on the their colors because many of the persons are looking like clones. It is very disappointing and with hair it takes a long time to get it back to where it was. Babs in Carmel is a horrible choice for hair.
